Toe Tags – 2003 – United States
The residents of an apartment complex are being knifed to death one by one. Two hapless police detectives (a man and a woman) investigate but are thwarted as their suspects continually get murdered. Clues reveal that every victim was once in a romantic relationship with the female detective (who is beautiful, promiscuous, and mentally unstable). The twist ending to this mystery makes no sense but is surprising and amusing.
